Job Description

? Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution for residential interior projects.

? Handle client interactions, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

? Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

? Conduct quality checks (QC) at every stage of execution to maintain design and material standards.

? Verify and approve material selection, delivery, and usage as per project requirements.

? Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure cost control.

? Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to management.

? Collaborate with the design and production teams to align execution with approved plans.

? Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid delays.

? Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

? 2-6 years of experience in project execution (residential interiors preferred).

? Strong leadership and client-handling skills.

? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to work on-site and manage multiple teams simultaneously.

? Mandatory: Male candidates with a two-wheeler for site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
