Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely progress on assigned tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and share project updates.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) to ensure deliverables are met.
Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports.
Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and follow up on action items.
Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and assist in resolving issues proactively.
Support the project manager in resource allocation, timeline planning, and quality checks.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover between departments or team members.
Track project billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups where required.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
0 - 1 years of experience in project coordination or client servicing (agency/tech background preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
