Responsibilities:
Communicate with partners and clients to understand business requirements and prepare documentation
Analyze supply chain and order management data to identify requirements and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact
Perform technical analysis and API mapping, collaborating with the development team to initiate projects
Conduct unit testing of products and API testing using Postman collections
Offer customer support throughout various stages of the project lifecycle
Identify and resolve order management issues, including discrepancies, delays, and customer complaints
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
0-1 year of experience in retail business analysis, supply chain management, or order management
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Proficient in understanding and writing SQL queries
Familiarity with Postman collections
Prior experience with JIRA or other project management tools is a plus
Knowledge of cloud technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
