Own follow-ups for the CEO''s Office - Legal agreements, internal & external initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Run the weekly rhythm - Help plan the CEO's weekly priorities, prepare agendas, collect pre-reads, take crisp notes, and send action items.
Support leadership prep - Pull data and slides, collect inputs from teams, and ensure numbers and narratives match.
Support investor and PR needs - Work with Finance, IR to gather FAQs, metrics, and updates; coordinate with the PR and content team for internal and external comms, press notes and thought leadership.
Education & Experience - B.Tech + MBA (not mandatory), 2 - 4 years in program/operations, founder's office/CEO's office, consulting, business analyst, or similar. Deep-tech or B2B (hardware/software) is a plus.
