Job Title: Production Operator - Lithium-ion Battery (Electric Aviation)

Experience: Experience in lithium-ion battery assembly or high-precision electronics manufacturing

Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics)

Required Skills & Competencies

Minimum 3 months experience in lithium-ion battery assembly, preferably in aerospace, defence, or high-precision industries.
Strong knowledge of cell handling safety, high-voltage safety, and flammability control.
Skilled in using torque-controlled tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical testers.
Strong focus on quality, safety, and reliability.
Ability to work in controlled environments and meet tight aerospace-level tolerances.

Work Environment

Cleanroom or controlled assembly environment with strict access protocols.
Mandatory PPE -- safety gloves, safety glasses, cleanroom attire.
Standing/manual work for extended periods, handling delicate components with extreme care.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ?10,475.48 - ?20,237.21 per month
