Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Junior Production Manager

to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing production schedules and workflow. Supervise shop floor operations and ensure smooth execution of daily activities. Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to avoid delays. Monitor production output, efficiency, and wastage, ensuring timely delivery of products. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Identify and resolve production issues to maintain consistency and productivity. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately. Support senior management in process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in production management. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
