Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on

Junior Production Manager

to support the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in executing production plans, supervising shop floor activities, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone with years of production experience, aiming to step into a leadership path within manufacturing.

Experience-4 to 6 years

Mechanical Engineering will be more preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules to meet deadlines and output targets. Support the Production Manager in supervising production floor staff. Train and guide workers on standard operating procedures and safety practices. Monitor production processes and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards. Help identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and waste reduction. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of daily production, workforce attendance, and material usage.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting. Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools in a production environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day shop floor activities. Good leadership potential with the ability to coordinate and motivate workers. Sound problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Prior experience assisting or supporting production supervision is a plus.
