Job Description

Manufacturing Execution:

Oversee and execute tablet manufacturing processes like granulation, compression, and coating, following Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Equipment Management:

Operate, clean, and maintain equipment such as tablet presses, granulators, and coaters, ensuring their proper functioning and reliability.

Quality Control:

Perform in-process checks (weight, hardness, thickness, etc.) and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment performance, and any deviations from standard procedures.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve production issues, ensuring efficient and effective tablet manufacturing.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in efforts to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, including Quality Control, Engineering, and Packaging, to ensure smooth production operations.

Validation and Qualification:

Participate in activities related to equipment and process validation and qualification.
