Assist in planning and executing daily production activities as per schedule.
Coordinate with various departments (Quality, Maintenance, and Stores) to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and record production data, material usage, and process efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
Support troubleshooting of equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.
Assist in implementing Lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.
Maintain and update production documentation and process sheets.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
Provide technical support to operators and production staff.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Educational Qualification:
BE Mech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Experience Required:
0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (freshers can apply).
