B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in production operations or manufacturing field
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely output
Implement production targets and improve productivity
Coordinate with supervisors, workforce, and maintenance team for smooth operations
Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards
Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of production planning and workflow management
Ability to supervise labour and manage shop-floor activities
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in documentation
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
