Job Brief:

1 Finance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Product Manager. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about product development and eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will support the product management team in planning, execution, and delivery of innovative software solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business success.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Development Support

Assist in planning and executing product development initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and customer success to ensure timely delivery.

Customer and User Insights

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights. Analyze feedback from surveys, analytics, and support channels to inform product decisions.

Documentation and Communication

Create and maintain product documentation such as user stories, feature specs, and roadmaps. Communicate product goals and updates effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Project Coordination

Support coordination of project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Track progress and report on key milestones and metrics.

Product Performance Analysis

Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with tools like Azure, Figma, Whimsical, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
