Job Title: Junior Product Development Engineer (Diploma Mechanical)

Location: Kolhapur

Department: Product Development Department

Role Objective

To support product development and production activities through hands-on execution in assembly, basic machine operations, and quality checks, while learning end-to-end product build processes under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Assembly & Production Support

Support assembly of machines and mechanical sub-assemblies as required. Assist in fitting, alignment, and basic machine operations under supervision. Help in preparing products for internal movement and delivery.
Quality Support (QC / QA Assistance)

Assist in basic quality checks using defined checklists. Report deviations or issues to senior engineers for guidance. Support quality documentation as instructed.
Product Development & Learning Support

Assist in prototype builds, trials, and modifications. Support workshop activities such as drilling, machining assistance, and fitting. Observe and document trial outcomes for improvement reference.
Coordination & Support Activities

Support vendor follow-ups and material handling when required. Assist in maintaining basic records and daily work updates. Follow safety norms, shop-floor discipline, and 5S practices.
Candidate Profile

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Fresher or up to 1-2 years of experience. Willing to learn across product development and production functions. Hands-on attitude with a positive approach toward shop-floor work. Welding exposure is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,302.61 - ₹20,689.16 per month
