As a Junior Product Associate - User Experience Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for modern SaaS products. You will work closely with Product Managers, UI designers, and cross-functional teams to transform ideas into interactive designs and prototypes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, user research, and problem-solving, and who enjoys turning complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions
• Research, analyze, and interpret user needs to enhance overall usability and experience
• Conceptualize design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design visually appealing and highly interactive interfaces across web and supported platforms
• Conduct usability testing on prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback
• Create consistent UI components aligned with design systems and platform standards
• Explore and adopt emerging frontend and design trends to improve user experience
• Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Contribute to visual communication through graphics, illustrations, animations, and layouts

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Arts, Commerce, Science, Technology, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for B2B SaaS products
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to quickly understand product concepts and translate them into intuitive designs
• Strong visualization, storytelling, and communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Passion for design, continuous learning, and solving real user problems
