We are looking for a Junior Product Associate - Technical Content Creator who is passionate about simplifying complex technical concepts and transforming them into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the overall information experience by creating high-quality technical and product documentation that enhances customer understanding and product adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with product evolution and business goals.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of the product and its features
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical content including feature guides, FAQs, onboarding guides, help documentation, troubleshooting guides, training manuals, and release notes
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and engaging content for diverse user audiences
• Regularly audit, update, and optimize existing content to reflect new feature releases, customer use cases, and support learnings
• Execute and deliver against a defined content roadmap and calendar
• Work with creative teams to present content using effective visuals such as diagrams, illustrations, infographics, or videos
• Identify content gaps, usability issues, and opportunities to improve documentation quality and user experience
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation assets

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Arts, Communication, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in technical writing or technical content creation
• Strong ability to understand complex technical products and explain them in a simple, concise manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Demonstrated interest or presence in online platforms such as blogs, forums, or professional networks
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and convert technical information into user-focused content
• Basic understanding of web technologies or programming concepts to support technical writing needs
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
