Support the procurement team in purchasing materials and equipment for ELV and BMS systems. Ensure all purchases are cost-effective, delivered on time, and meet project and company requirements.

Requirements

+ Help plan and purchase ELV & BMS materials as per project needs. + Find and communicate with suppliers to get the best prices and terms.
+ Assist in comparing quotations and preparing evaluation sheets.
+ Make sure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
+ Keep records of all purchases and track supplier performance.
+ Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Stay informed about new products, market prices, and key suppliers.

What we Expect from you?

Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably for IT, ELV, or networking systems. Basic knowledge of ELV products such as switches, routers, CCTV, access control, cabling, PA, AV (BMS and Fire Alarm knowledge is a plus). #

What you've got?

Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. * Good English skills - both spoken and written.
