Key Responsibilities:
Deliver process training sessions to new hires and existing team members.
Understand and document process workflows to ensure training accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and gaps.
Create and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Conduct refresher sessions to ensure consistent process knowledge across teams.
Support the development of e-learning and blended training modules.
Stay updated with process or system changes and incorporate them into training content.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of technology and business process workflows.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and grow within the training and development domain.
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Related Fields)
Candidates from a
technical background
with strong communication and presentation skills will be preferred.
Experience:
0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers with strong technical and communication skills are encouraged to apply).
