Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze current operational workflows for existing services.
Support process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
Utilize and help enhance customized in-house software tools.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Prepare, organize, and analyze Excel-based data for reporting and performance tracking.
Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs and process maps.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process-driven solutions.
Support KPI tracking and assist in preparing improvement reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong interest in process improvement and operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts is an added advantage.
Ability to quickly learn customized software tools and AEC workflows.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
