We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Process Coordinator (Female) to support daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and assist in timely completion of process tasks. The role includes strong follow-ups, documentation, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities1. Process Coordination
Monitor daily operational tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely task completion.
Maintain process sheets, trackers, and daily logs.
2. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and update documents, reports, and checklists.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Share daily/weekly reports with the manager.
3. Communication & Follow-Ups
Coordinate with departments for updates and task closures.
Follow up on pending work and escalate when needed.
Manage email communication and maintain records.
4. Support & Administration
Assist seniors in process improvement tasks.
Support administrative work, scheduling, and coordination.
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
Required Skills

MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Qualifications
Graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA)
Experience in coordination/admin/operations preferred
