Job Summary




The Junior Presales Consultant supports the sales team by assisting prospective customers in understanding how enterprise applications and solutions address their business needs. The role involves learning customer business workflows, identifying pain points, supporting gap analysis, and helping demonstrate how proposed solutions fit customer requirements.





Key Responsibilities



Learn and understand customer business workflows, operational challenges, and pain points through discovery sessions. Assist in conducting gap analysis between customer requirements and solution capabilities. Provide presales functional and technical support to prospective customers and existing clients. Support preparation and delivery of product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions. Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and business value to customers under guidance from senior team members. Assist in designing, validating, and documenting proposed application and ERP solutions. Prepare and maintain presales documentation including requirement summaries, solution notes, and demo scripts. Collaborate closely with the sales team and travel with them for customer meetings when required. Support senior presales consultants during workshops, marketing events, promo videos, webinars, demos, and solution discussions. Continuously learn product functionality, industry best practices, and solution design methodologies.

Required Skills & Competencies



Good client communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and document business processes at a basic level. Strong documentation skills with attention to clarity and structure. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to learn functional consulting, presales methodologies, and solution design. Comfortable working in a customer-facing and sales-support environment.

Additional Advantage / Plus Skills



Exposure to ERP/Finance systems or enterprise applications. Understanding of core business processes such as finance, procurement, sales, inventory, or CRM. Proficiency in multiple languages other than English & Malayalam (such as Hindi, or other regional languages) is a plus for client communication and stakeholder engagement.

Education & Qualifications



Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
