Junior Planning Engineer - Marine (Shipyard)

Location:

Kochi

Experience:

1 - 2+ years (Shipyard experience mandatory)

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring shipbuilding and ship repair projects. Prepare work breakdown structures, manpower planning, and progress tracking. Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare project reports, timelines, and daily/weekly status updates. Ensure compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. Support cost estimation and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects. Work on AutoCAD drawings for planning and project execution.

Requirements:

Mandatory shipyard experience

in both

ship repairing and new shipbuilding

projects. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(essential). Engineering background (Mechanical / Marine preferred). Strong project coordination and planning skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
