What you'll do
Assess clients and guide them through safe, effective wellness programs.
Design basic exercise plans, mobility routines, and posture?correction drills.
Work closely with senior physiotherapists, nutritionists, and wellness coaches.
Track client results, maintain progress records, and help keep them motivated.
