Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in Information Technology with at least 1 year in Internet / Agile technologies. Must have code development experience in PHP, Node, Angular, HTML5, MySql, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. The incumbent would have In-depth knowledge of the latest internet technologies like Microservice, Automation, and Application/Server Optimization. Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Micro/ Macro blogging, etc. will be added as an advantage. Qualification & Other Information: Master\'s/Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering. Location Remote, May be asked to join Bangalore General Education Office Compensation: INR 30,000 (Fixed) + Bonus Job Requirements The incumbent would be a key member of company management to ensure the successful launch and growth of each new initiative. The primary responsibilities of this position include deciding the technology platform to be adopted by the company, Supporting, and maintenance of the existing website and infrastructure, actively monitoring new technologies and assessing their applicability to business opportunities, vendor management, team leadership, and development. The incumbent will manage complex projects, sometimes for multiple business requirements, by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality while exceeding business expectations. This would involve working with other functional leaders and require a good understanding of other business functions including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations etc., and their respective approaches. : Be responsible for the company website, taking all decisions related to the architecture of the platform and technology to be used Assume overall responsibility for the uptime of the website and all IT systems with the help of external vendors Assess new technologies and evaluate the need for their adoption to provide the business with a competitive advantage The incumbent will have the opportunity to work with and learn from top b-school graduates (like Harvard, INSEAD, and ISB) and have the autonomy to drive the business through technology initiatives. Monitor competitors\' websites and systems on a regular basis and quickly adopt features/ technology that may be useful for the business. Lead the SEO and Social Media Marketing initiatives for the organization. This would involve a deep understanding of the business and customers. Secure the appropriate project staffing (internal/ external). Work closely with Finance, Business Development, and marketing teams to understand needs and develop innovative technology solutions Should be able to handle the company\'s promotional activities like mass emailers - using various tools for mass emailing, generating a list of mass email addresses, etc.
