Responsibilities:
Run & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate channels).
Perform ongoing keyword research for growth & optimization.
Develop ad copy, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
Ensure PPC campaigns follow best practices & deliver results.
Monitor campaign performance & drive revenue goals.
Run A/B tests, analyze data & improve ROI.
Manage multiple accounts independently.
Work with sales/dev teams to create high-converting landing pages.
Support proposal & scope document creation with BD team.
Report weekly/monthly on KPIs, revenue & insights.
Execute marketing on additional channels (SMS, email, Facebook groups).
Stay updated with the latest in paid media and D2C trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in paid media (Google, Meta, affiliates).
Proven work in D2C sectors like skincare, apparel, etc.
Strong analytical, communication & campaign management skills.
Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
Startup mindset--self-starter, adaptable, proactive.
