We are seeking a skilled

Pega Developer

responsible for developing and maintaining applications built on the

Pega platform

. The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in

Java

,

JavaScript

, and

relational databases

such as

Oracle

or

MySQL

. The role involves end-to-end participation in the

Software Development Life Cycle

(SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable applications on the

Pega platform

. Work with

Java

and

JavaScript

as part of application logic and customization. Design and interact with relational databases (

Oracle/MySQL

). Test, debug, and deploy applications on production servers. Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure alignment of the application with business architecture and client requirements. Monitor application performance and implement necessary enhancements. Integrate legacy systems, databases, and online services with the Pega platform. Troubleshoot application issues, resolve code errors, and eliminate performance bottlenecks. Conduct system performance testing and validation. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data and code security. Engaged in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, development, deployment, and ongoing support
