Job description:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of senior medical staff.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations.
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
Monitor and adjust treatment regimens based on patient progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Document all clinical activities, including diagnoses and treatments.
Work collaboratively with the medical team, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Attend medical rounds and participate in case discussions.
Engage in continuous medical education (CME) and training programs.
Stay informed about the latest medical advancements and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Provide clear explanations of medical conditions and treatment plans.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Participate in on-call duties as required.
Adhere to ethical standards, medical regulations, and hospital policies.
Obtain and maintain necessary licensing from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity in patient interactions.
Respect diverse patient backgrounds and perspectives
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the enhancement of patient care services.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
