- Should have thorough knowledge in patent searches and landscape studies.
- Should have thorough knowledge in all free patent/NPL databases and at least two patent databases.
- Should have thorough knowledge of the requirements of all types of searches.
- Should be able to handle patentability/invalidation/FTO searches independently.
- Should have thorough knowledge of landscape studies and be able to the project independently from search string formulation till report generation.
- Strong commitment towards work, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team.
- Good speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter.
- Ability to work in team and spearhead projects.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and other web tools and applications.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical, Medical Electronics, Bio-informatics, Bio-engineering, or similar
Experience: 3+ years
Skills Sets:
- Candidates having more than 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IP
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong technical background and communication skills (written, spoken, comprehension)
