Responsibilities for a Junior Pastry Chef with a minimum of 6 months of experience at The Digitale Chef - Vegan Patisserie Cafe: Collaborative Production: Work closely with the senior pastry team to prepare and create a diverse range of vegan baked goods, which includes pastries, cakes, cookies, and other delightful confections. Ingredient Readiness: Assist in accurately measuring, weighing, and readying top-notch vegan ingredients as per established recipes and guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence at all times. Baking Proficiency: Participate actively in the baking process, focusing on precise techniques and timings to achieve uniform and delectable outcomes. Also, contribute to the creative presentation of the final products. Quality Assurance: Play a role in upholding the highest standards for taste, texture, and visual appeal across all baked items, making certain they align with our cafe\'s quality benchmarks and ethical standards.
