Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic
Junior Outbound Telecalling Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential corporate clients, introducing our products and services, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
This role is ideal for individuals with
1-2 years of experience
in outbound calling, lead generation, or inside sales who are eager to grow their career in corporate B2B sales and marketing solutions.
This is a full-time, in-office role (
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
) with flexibility for client discussions and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce company offerings.
Generate and qualify leads through daily calling targets.
Schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely communication with prospects.
Support the sales team with proposal sharing, quotations, and basic coordination.
Assist in market research and database building for target clients and industries.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a positive brand image and build rapport with prospects.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, tele-sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Good communication of written and spoken English.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
