Bharti Eye Foundation is inviting applications for a One-Year Eye Resident Doctor (Fellowship) Program for motivated and dedicated MBBS/DOMS/MD/MS ophthalmology professionals who are keen to gain advanced hands-on surgical exposure under the guidance of senior, renowned surgeons.

About the Program:

Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training in MICS (Micro-Incision Cataract Surgery),FLACS,CLEAR along with exposure to other major ophthalmic surgical procedures. The program is led and supervised by highly experienced consultants including Dr. Sudhank Bharti and Dr. Dharitri Samantaray, ensuring structured learning, surgical skill enhancement, and high-quality clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and perform ophthalmic diagnostic and clinical procedures

Participate in MICS and other major surgical procedures under expert supervision

Manage OPD, pre-operative and post-operative patient care

Engage in academic activities, case presentations, and clinical discussions

Eligibility:

MBBS /DNB/ DOMS / MD / MS (Ophthalmology)

Freshers and early-career doctors with strong interest in cataract and advanced anterior segment surgeries

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ethical, patient-centric environment
