Job Summary:

The Junior Operator - Production assists in the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and production processes. Working under the supervision of senior operators or production supervisors, the Junior Operator ensures smooth functioning of production lines, maintains product quality, follows operational standards, and complies with all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment, tools, and machines under the guidance of senior operators. Monitor raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Assist in the

setup, adjustment, and changeover

of production equipment for new batches or production cycles. Perform basic maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubricating, and checking equipment condition. Report any equipment malfunctions, safety issues, or technical problems to senior operators or maintenance teams. Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet daily production targets. Support activities related to

packaging, labelling, and storage

of finished goods. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with company policies. Work alongside senior operators to troubleshoot minor production issues and provide suggestions for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of production data, including material usage, downtime, and output. Comply with all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and operational standards. Participate in team meetings, skill-enhancement training, and continuous improvement programs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
