We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations & Marketing Ops to support our internal process execution and process improvement initiatives, social media channels etc. during night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic tech consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop visually appealing posts and creatives using Canva for social media and job postings
Handle LinkedIn postings, including job updates and company announcements.
Maintain clear and professional communication across internal and external channels.
Work closely with HR and internal teams for immediate job postings and branding activities
Requirements
Proficiency in Canva for creating designs and Job Post.
Good marketing skills
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn handling and social media posting.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
