Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance cross-functional communication.
Oversee daily tasks and workflows of the backend operations/support team.
Assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Monitor team performance using KPIs and productivity tools.
Provide training, coaching, and support to team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer support, IT) to ensure backend processes align with business goals.
Ensure accurate and timely entry, processing, and updating of customer data across systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
Maintain data integrity, standardization, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Regularly audit and clean databases to remove duplicates and outdated information.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement data access controls and backup processes.
Generate reports and dashboards related to customer activity, service usage, or performance metrics.
