Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and responsible

Junior Operations Manager

to support the day-to-day functioning of our coworking centre in Kakkanad.
You'll work closely with the Centre Manager and management team to ensure smooth operations, great member experience, and efficient coordination between internal departments.

This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Role and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the centre and ensure seamless member experience. Coordinate with multiple internal teams -- housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, accounts, and IT -- to maintain operational excellence. Track and report operational issues, member feedback, and maintenance updates to the management team. Monitor inventory, consumables, and vendor services for uninterrupted centre operations. Support community initiatives and assist in planning/hosting events or networking activities. Ensure compliance with operational standards, processes, and safety guidelines. Cover the front desk during business hours Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community Support marketing activities (including social media and event planning and execution) Maintain accurate records related to billing, invoicing, and centre expenses. Take initiative to identify areas for improvement in operations and implement practical solutions. Assist in create/update collateral, materials, and tour packets for prospective clients Research industry trends and local landscape of market and partners Support developing/updating marketing processes and tools Daily light administrative duties Assist with set-up and breakdown of events. Assist with move-ins and move-outs; Mail and Package responsibilities as needed Take direction from the Community Manager to support the Community Team as necessary Identify issues for escalation to the Community Manager and document accordingly.
Experience and Requirements

1 - 2 years of experience Capable Fresh graduates can apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy Passion for entrepreneurial communities Passion and understanding for InnerSpace's mission and values Proficient in basic computer skills College event organizing experience a plus

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
