Creative Carve Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Officer Quality to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products on the production line to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications. This role is vital to maintaining product integrity, reducing defects, and supporting continuous improvement in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-line inspection of components, assemblies, and final products. Identify and document non-conformities, ensuring defective items are properly segregated. Use precision measurement tools (e.g., callipers, micrometres, gauges) for quality checks. Interpret technical drawings and specifications (GD&T). Maintain inspection reports and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Support implementation of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives Sound communication skills, drawing reading, decision making, Creativity, Development knowledge, Broad understanding of the product, Driving for results. Conduct Stage wise Inspection (i.e. Inward, In-process, & Final Inspection), Necessary Actions to avoid NC, conduct SPC, MSA, Layout Inspection as per plan, Process & Product Audit. Participation in CFT Meeting in Development & Customer Complaint.

Qualification & Skills:

Education: B.E. Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 1-4 years in an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Knowledge of GD&T, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Ready to work in 3 shifts

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
