: 1 To execute, procurement & issuance of Explosives for blasting operation and record each transition to ensure smooth blasting within set safety and comply with statutory requirements. MIS (Production & PESO) and comply with statutory norms. 2 Manage & issue explosives to ensure timely blasting and maintain Indent Generation(RE-11), Explosive Receipt on the basis of RE-12 & Form RE-3, Pass for use of Explosives (RE-13) & Form RE-5 (Explosives used by a Licensee). 3 Prepare daily transition reports & bookkeeping to comply with the statutory requirement. Verification of Purchase LST Pit passes & maintain store records. ensure Safety & Housekeeping at Magazine & Transportation of explosives. Transportation of Explosives with the help of Security Dept. monthly Cleaning of Magazine Premises & ensure readiness of fire extinguisher & alarm system 4 To implement improvement projects to reduce repetitive problems/breakdowns or losses. Timely submission of Kaizen, OPL, Good to fine, suggestion on the system. Developing and sustaining Model areas in respective sections. 100% active participation in respective KFA & GRT meetings and giving inputs related to bringing new technology, innovation, and improvements towards productivity. Conduct awareness programs down the level team. To know about IMS and other systems requirements and documents for Non-Conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments. 5 Ensuring 100% compliance with all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area. Educating team about \'I know my job\', \'I know the hazards associated with my job and I applied control measures\' & \'I escalate to my senior\' among manpower deployed in sections/department manpower. Qualifications: B.Com Honours Minimum Experience Level: 5-10 Years Report to: General Manager
