JD-1.Hands on experience and Knowledge of Utilities Includes Chilling plants, Boiler, air compressor, cooling tower and HAVCs,FMS ,BMS, should be conversant with Knowledge of procedure to be followed in Good Manufacturing practices area.
2.Should have exposure on equipment trouble shootings ,analysis of breakdown time & to take corrective measures to reduce the same.
3. Exposure on technical documentation i.e SOP preparation, review/ approve the various qualification/ validation documents eg. URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, RQ, PV, Interim Reports etc. of engineering or other departments.
4. Should have Capability coordinate with the user department for maintenance & maintaining the preventive maintenance / AMC documents as per GMP requirement.
5. Should have hands on experience on project execution and commissioning work of HVAcs and utilities equipments.
6. Should have capability to coordinate with purchase & store department to maintain the critical spares inventory of utilities equipments.Education - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience- 4 to 8 yrs.
