Roles and Responsibility:

Material request from stores as per production plan. Follow best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures. Manufacture and control as per the production schedule. Ensure human and material resources required. Ensuring production/Assembly of products as per plan Capture of nonconforming products ,analysis & CA. Ensure house-keeping at shop floor Ensure machine maintenance activities Ensure preventive maintenance of all machines. Monitoring Breakdown of machinery. Ensure all different type of wastes are stored in designated colour coded containers.

Role Specific Competencies:

Diploma Mechanical/ ITI fitter/CIPET. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production within the pipe extrusion industry. Strong knowledge of pipe extrusion processes, equipment, and materials (e.g., PVC). Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (

TPM, 5S, Tool Box talk, Risk assessment, PTW, JHA, ).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to manage control rejection. * Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to pipe manufacturing.
