Job Responsibilities:

Preparing Invoices / Debit Notes / Credit Notes Client Communication (sending invoices, payment follow ups, bank reconciliation, etc.) Preparing Data Trackers for billing (Sales / Purchase) Keep track of invoicing, billing, expenses management, etc. Coordinate with Internal Team Members for various data and billing related matters, as well as with all related stake holders. Play key role in ensuring timely billing, accounts receivable, payables, etc. Receive Vendor invoices, follow-up
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Minimum 0-2 years of experience Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Communicate with vendors and clients) Multi-Tasking Skills Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Microsoft office Fast learner to new technology tools
