Job Title: junior/ mid level architect

Salary: - 20k to 40k per month

Experience: - 3 to 8 years

Education: - B.Arch or equivalent relevant education in Architecture / Construction.

Job Summary:

The Junior Architect will assist in design development, drawing preparation, and site coordination activities for ongoing construction projects. The role involves supporting senior architects, preparing working drawings, and ensuring execution at site as per approved plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings for construction projects. Coordinate with civil engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and implementation on site. Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings as per site requirements and changes. Conduct regular site visits to check quality and progress as per architectural design. Assist in preparing 3D visualizations, presentation drawings, and design documentation. Support in preparing BOQs, material selection sheets, and finishing schedules. Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior teams for coordination. Maintain and organize all drawings and project documentation. Report any design-related issues or discrepancies to the Senior Architect.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

B.Arch or equivalent relevant education in Architecture / Construction.

Experience:

3-7 years (Experience in construction or real estate projects preferred)

Software Skills:

AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office

Additional Tools (Preferred):

Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray for 3D views Basic understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and material usage. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work on-site and in the office as per project need.
