Job Summary

POSITION:

Junior Lab Technician/ Junior Microbiologist/

REPORTS TO: Dept In-charge

CO-ORDINATES / DUTIES HANDOVER (In case of absence): Sr.Lab Technician / Jr.Lab Technician

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY

Preparation of Sodium Hypochlorite, Cleaning of workbench & Instrument, maintaining cleanliness in the department.

Performing daily maintenance of the instrument & updating the record.

Receiving of sample in the department by sample acceptance criteria & cross checking of sample.

Checking of over all pending, sample & report status.

Performing Internal Quality Control & reporting to Department Incharge.

Processing of sample as per SOP, maintaining & updating the processing record.

Maintaining work book of readings

Maintaining the ATCC, AFB& fungal culture as per protocol.

Maintaining he Turnaround Time

Rising of material requisition & Indent to stores with approval of their DIC

Receiving, inspections of materials, re-agents etc

Assisting recording and maintenance of QMS documents

Report any non-conformance related to technical activities to their respective DIC.

Storage and disposal of samples and maintain waste management in their respective departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
