Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in product development from concept to final sample. Coordinate with designers, production, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Communicate with vendors and clients for updates, approvals, and feedback. Maintain records of samples, trims, and fabric approvals. Track order status, follow up on timelines, and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare costing sheets, purchase orders, and shipment details. Ensure all product details are accurately documented and updated in the system.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Software Knowledge: MS Excel, Google Sheets, and merch Design & Color Sense: Basic understanding of textile design, color combinations, and fabric types. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Personality: Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
