Job Description

Minimum 2 years experience in merchandising / order follow-up Knowledge of sample development & production coordination Good communication and Excel skills

Materials Sourcing:

Coordinating with sourcing personnel to procure fabrics, trims, and accessories as per the quality and budget requirements.

Production Planning:

Assisting in planning the production process, setting timelines, and ensuring that all materials are available when needed to meet production deadlines.

Problem Solving:

Identifying production issues and bottlenecks, and collaborating with the team to find timely solutions

Quality Control:

Ensuring that the production team adheres to quality standards at every stage, from cutting, stitching to finishing.
