Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Junior Merchandiser

to support our B2B garment production operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with international clients, sourcing teams, sampling units, and production to ensure smooth execution of orders from development to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior merchandisers in managing

end-to-end order execution

for international B2B clients.
Coordinate with sampling teams for

proto, fit, size-set, PP samples

, and ensure timely approvals.
Communicate with clients for

tech packs, BOMs, trims, fabric approvals

, and order clarifications.
Support sourcing of

fabric, trims, packaging

, and track vendor timelines.
Maintain and update

T&A (Time & Action) calendars

for all assigned styles.
Work closely with production to track

cutting, stitching, washing, finishing

, and ensure on-time delivery.
Follow up with QA to ensure

quality checkpoints

are met.
Prepare and maintain order files, costing sheets, and internal documentation.
Assist in coordinating logistics for shipments (forwarder booking, documentation, invoicing).
Ensure clear communication between all teams to avoid delays or mismatches.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
Good communication skills (email and verbal).
Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production workflows.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and T&A tracking.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
