Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Order Analysis:

Understanding the buyer's requirements and specifications for each order.

Product Development:

Collaborating with design and production teams to develop samples that meet buyer's expectations.

Costing:

Working on cost analysis and price negotiation with buyers and suppliers.

Materials Sourcing:

Coordinating with sourcing personnel to procure fabrics, trims, and accessories as per the quality and budget requirements.

Production Planning:

Assisting in planning the production process, setting timelines, and ensuring that all materials are available when needed to meet production deadlines.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that the production team adheres to quality standards at every stage, from cutting, stitching to finishing.

Follow-up:

Regularly following up with various departments to ensure that the production is on track and adhering to the buyer's timeline.

Problem Solving:

Identifying production issues and bottlenecks, and collaborating with the team to find timely solutions.

Shipping Coordination:

Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure that goods are shipped as per the committed delivery dates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
