Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruppur for a junior merchandiser. The junior merchandiser will be responsible for assisting the senior merchandiser in preparing sales strategies, liaising with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products, analyzing market trends, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining records of products. Additionally, the role involves communicating with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Retail experience Marketing knowledge Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field is a plus
