About the Role:

We are looking for a

smart, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser

to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in merchandising and grow with an established company.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire merchandising process from development to shipment for categories. Coordinate with senior merchandiser, production teams, and vendors to ensure timely sampling. Monitor production progress, handle buyer communications, and ensure quality and compliance requirements are met. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and vendors. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for production status and order tracking. Collaborate with design and product development teams on new collections. Follow up on lab dips, trims, fit approvals, and pre-production samples (PPS).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, handling apperal garments. Strong understanding of the garment manufacturing lifecycle . Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
