Graduate / Diploma in Textiles or Fashion.
0-2 years of experience in Merchandising (freshers with relevant internship exposure can also be considered).
Basic knowledge of woven fabrics.
Basic understanding of garment construction.
Willingness to learn production follow-up processes.
Basic knowledge of costing (training will be provided).
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in order follow-up with vendors under the guidance of senior merchandisers.
Support production tracking to ensure timelines are followed.
Help maintain trims inventory records and coordinate trims ordering as per BOM.
Assist in product execution activities from initial samples to bulk production.
Coordinate and track sample development (proto, photoshoot, catalogue, PP samples).
Support documentation and reporting related to orders and production.
Occasional travel may be required for vendor or factory visits.
Basic exposure to OCR and FCR processes (training will be provided).
