Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in the retail clothing industry. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting the merchandising team by assisting with inventory planning, sales analysis, and ensuring the product offering aligns with customer needs. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, store teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of stock, maximize sales, and drive profitability.

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, fashion merchandising, retail management, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience of 2-4 years is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and retail operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.

*Local Candidates preferred who can comfortably travel to Bais Godown, Jaipur.
