Junior Merchandiser - Retail (Lab-Grown Jewelry)

Responsibilities:

Assist in product selection, development, and assortment planning. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for order management. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Support pricing and promotional strategies based on market trends. Analyze sales data and generate reports to optimize product performance. Assist in visual merchandising and store displays. Work closely with marketing and sales teams for product launches. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in jewelry. Understanding of retail operations and supply chain management. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools. Passion for lab-grown jewelry and sustainable fashion.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
