Manage day-to-day production follow-ups for client orders and MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) orders.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, tailors, pattern masters, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing to meet order deadlines.
Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage as per buyer/client requirements.
Maintain and update order status sheets, production reports, and consumption sheets using MS Office / Google Sheets.
Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories when required in coordination with the Purchase/Store team.
Conduct measurements, approvals and sample checks during the production process.
Communicate delivery dates, production updates and issues regularly with seniors and sales team (if required).
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and outsourced job work.
Support in costing, consumption calculations and order planning when required.
Manage documentation and record keeping of orders, samples, invoices, and dispatches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in garment manufacturing / production merchandising.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets (mandatory).
Understanding of quality control standards, fits, sizes & finishing requirements.
Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
Experience in working in a Fashion Design House (advantage).
Knowledge of fabric types, trims, printing, embroidery and manufacturing processes.
